HASSLE-FREE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Orders going to the 🇪🇺 EU countries, 🇺🇸 US and 🇦🇺 Australia will not incur any fees. Jack Martin will pay for the VAT, duties and taxes through our carrier. You won't pay for anything extra.

- We expect to ship orders placed by 11am on the same day. We work with a number of different couriers depending on the order weight.
- All other countries; orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer.

•Returns are FREE, if you post your item within 3 working days from the day you receive it.
•Please fill in the returns form before returning your item and get your pre-paid label for FREE postage. Please note that we do not offer free returns for all international orders and for any clearance items.
Please make sure we receive your returned items, within 14 days from the day you receive them, to be refunded via the original payment method. Please note that If you choose a gift card for your return instead of a full refund, we'll send you a gift card for 100% of the cost of your item AND an extra 10% use on your next order.
You can return your item in 14 days if it is not worn, washed and perfumed. Tags should not be removed. We cannot accept returns if the items do not have a suitable resale condition. After we inspect the item, your full refund will be issued.Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases of wrong delivery. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! You should contact us before returning the item.
