Free next working day delivery on all UK orders. No minimum spend, no express upgrade. Every order ships fast, free.
- Order before 2pm on a weekday and your order is dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery.
- Order before 2pm on Friday and your order arrives Saturday.
- Order before 10am on Saturday and your order arrives Monday.
- Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched Monday.
Once your order is on its way, we'll email you tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Free UK returns within 14 days. Changed your mind? No problem, no quibble.
You don't need to contact us first. Just follow these steps:
- Go to your account and request a return: account.jackmartinmenswear.co.uk
- We'll send you a prepaid returns label within 3 working days.
- Pack your item securely, attach the label, and send it back.
Once we receive and inspect your item, your full refund is issued to your original payment method.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges follow the same process. Request a return through your account for a refund, then place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This is the fastest way to get your new shirt — no waiting for the return to clear first.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unscented, with all tags still attached.
- Items must be in a suitable resale condition. Returns that don't meet this can't be accepted.
- Please make sure your return reaches us within 14 days of the day you received it.
- Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please pack them securely so they can't be damaged on the way back.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong delivery.
A FEW EXCEPTIONS
Free returns don't apply to international orders or items marked 'LAST CHANCE'. These can still be returned, but the return postage is at your own cost.
