The tux I got was nice. They put an insert in that said if I need to get it altered by a local tailor, which I did, submit the receipt to them and they'd compensate me up to $40. I have submitted the receipt through their chatbot as well as emailing and I cannot seem to get any form of response from anyone. I called the phone number too, and it just rang forever until it said the call couldn't be completed. So it's nice that the clothes were good, but I'm not sure why you'd offer a service like the tailor compensation if you aren't going to do it.
The shirt came fast and well packed and it fits perfect. I am very satisfied.

I ordered 3 shirts, 2 came thru royal mail and one thru ups. Any shipping fees should be payed by the seller but the one thru ups had unpayed fees worth nearly the shirt itself. No contact thru website or email.
I returned the jacket to you for alterations on the 16th May. Maybe you could let me know what is happening.
Shirt arrived quickly, however very poor quality stitching very poor on the collar with lifted stitches not wearable thought I was buying a quality brand not a cheap Chinese rip off avoid purchasing
