FIT GUIDE

Tailored Fit: Our suits are cut in traditional English suit shape inspired by Savile Row. This cut delivers a sharp and streamlined silhouette but allows you more room and comfort than slim fit suits.

Jacket:
• Cut to the shoulders
• Mid-line in length
• Slightly fitted through waist but not as much as slim fit

Trousers:
• Slightly tapered through legs
• Hems can be tailored to the desired length
• The waist can be let in or take out 4" as we leave a margin for alterations.

Model is 188 cm tall / 79 kg and he wears UK size 40 jacket and 32 trousers (EU size 50 jacket and 42 trousers)

RETURNS

•We have no-quibble 14 days return policy for all orders.
•Returns are FREE if you post your item within 3 working days of receiving it. Please note that we do not offer free returns for international orders or items marked as 'LAST CHANCE'. These can be still returned, but at your own cost.
•Please request a return from the "CHAT WITH US" section at the bottom right of our website.

Please make sure we receive your returned items, within 14 days from the day you receive them, to be refunded via the original payment method. Please note that If you choose a gift card for your return instead of a full refund, we'll send you a gift card for 100% of the cost of your item AND an extra 10% use on your next order.

You can return your item in 14 days if it is not worn, washed and perfumed. Tags should not be removed. We cannot accept returns if the items do not have a suitable resale condition. After we inspect the item, your full refund will be issued.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases of wrong delivery. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! You should contact us before returning the item.

FREE ALTERATION

If your suit needs a little bit of tweaking to get them fitting perfectly, we offer two options:

Reimbursement for Local Tailoring: Simply take your suit to a local tailor. Get a receipt and submit it via the "Chat with us" section (bottom right) to claim your refund. We cover up to £30 (UK), $40 (US), or €35 (EU) (or the equivalent in your currency)
Free Alterations (UK Only): Request an alteration via the "Chat with us" section (bottom right). We’ll send you a prepaid return label to send your suit back. Redelivery is also free. We offer free alterations for:
- Tightening or extending the trouser waist
- Adjusting the inside leg length
- Shortening jacket sleeves

Looking sharp has never been easier. When you look good, we feel good!

Please note that no free alterations are available for clearance suits labeled in red as 'Last Chance.

Terrible Returns Policy

I’ve been unable to reach them through any of their communication channels, and their return and refund policies seem deliberately difficult to navigate. I ultimately had to escalate the matter and file a dispute with PayPal, which was resolved promptly in my favour.

Size issues

The advised sizes were not accurate enough. While ordering I put in as requested height and weight for my husband to get the best size. It turns out the jacket is quite good but the trouser is absolutely wrong. When I try to buy a new one it’s not possible to buy the two different right sizes of jacket and trouser. So I guess you can not be muscular and skinny to get this one. Sorry.
