RETURNS

•We have no-quibble 14 days return policy for all orders.
•Returns are FREE if you post your item within 3 working days of receiving it. Please note that we do not offer free returns for international orders or items marked as 'LAST CHANCE'. These can be still returned, but at your own cost.
•Please request a return from the "CHAT WITH US" section at the bottom right of our website.

Please make sure we receive your returned items, within 14 days from the day you receive them, to be refunded via the original payment method. Please note that If you choose a gift card for your return instead of a full refund, we'll send you a gift card for 100% of the cost of your item AND an extra 10% use on your next order.

You can return your item in 14 days if it is not worn, washed and perfumed. Tags should not be removed. We cannot accept returns if the items do not have a suitable resale condition. After we inspect the item, your full refund will be issued.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases of wrong delivery. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! You should contact us before returning the item.

Hi. I ordered a small and was sent a 4xL???
The label on the bag was S but the on shirt (which was visable) was clearly 4xl
I called, emails and left voice messages and didn’t hear back. Missed out on 2 weddings now and left with a shirt incant use.

Excellent shirt. Great color, perfect for formal events. 100% cotton, very light and soft. Very good price too with a discount given by the wheel of fortune (spin the wheel on especial days like Black Friday). Size fitted me well.
